FAQ Appraisal Notes Contact Us Forums
How long does an appraisal remain active?

Once an appraisal has been completed by the appraiser, customers are notified by email that they can now access the appraisal information.

We host this information on our servers for a period of 60 days from the date of completion.  After this time, in order to access the appraisal information, the appraisal must be archived.  This can be done at any time.

There is a yearly $2.95 fee associated with archiving an appraisal.  This cost covers the storage fees related to hosting the appraisal information in digital format.
