WIW2U Group Launches Valuation API (Application Program Interface)
Responding to the needs of a growing list of affiliates the WIW2U Group announced today the launch of their Valuation API, enabling strategic partners to seamlessly integrate their customer and item information with the WIW2U site.
Directly from their database to the WIW2U valuation engine, any company with stored information can now offer their customers a quick and easy way to access all of the WIW2U services without the burdensome task of re-inputting all of their personal and item information.
Now all of the WIW2U web services can directly interface with auction sites, insurance companies, shipping companies, social network sites and any organizations that have item-specific information in their database whose customers may want to utilize one of the WIW2U services.
"This new API has been designed to make the customer experience simple and seamless" comments WIW2U Group President Erik Kafrissen. "With our simple one-click pass-through, referred customers are automatically registered on our site and all of the necessary data about their item is passed through to the appropriate fields in our database providing our appraisers with the information that they need to do their jobs. We even skin our site with the look and feel of our partner's site."
David Altounian, CEO of iTaggit, happily points out "Being able to provide valuable services such as appraisals to iTaggit users is very important, and WIW2U has provided us a powerful capability that was easy to integrate using their new API"
Organizations wishing to utilize the free Valuation API and integrate it with their database are encouraged to contact the WIW2U Group for a copy and spec. sheet.
